Infographic on Los Angeles County Superior Court

As anyone who litigates cases in Los Angeles County will tell you, Los Angeles County Superior Court (LASC) is facing a terrible backlog, due largely to a budget shortage.  It can take months to have a motion heard and trials in civil lawsuits are regularly set 2 years out from filing.  I created this infographic to capture some of the volume that is processed by this court system.  If you are interested in reading the full report, it is here.   Enjoy!
