Ms. Champion is Of Counsel at Eanet, PC. Ms. Champion’s practice focuses on business torts and real estate litigation. Ms. Champion has successfully litigated actions for breach of fiduciary duty, nondisclosure and fraud actions between buyers and sellers of real estate, business and partnership disputes, boundary and easement disputes, litigation of options and other real estate purchase agreements, partition and quiet title actions, actions on commercial leases and development agreements, and an array of actions on contract.

An aggressive, innovative litigator, Ms. Champion has represented clients in all phases of litigation, from inception through mediations, jury and bench trials, private binding arbitrations, and post-trial and appellate work. Ms. Champion’s significant litigation experience provides her with a keen sense of strategy and aggressive focus in pushing cases to resolution. Whether working on high-profile cases or pro bono matters, Ms. Champion consistently obtains successful results that exceed client expectations.

In past employment, Ms. Champion spent several years working at a prominent plaintiff’s class action firm, focusing on nationwide class actions in the areas of toxic tort, Ponzi-schemes, predatory lending, litigation under the False Claims Act, wage and hour actions, Consumer Legal Remedies Act cases, and large-scale business and financial fraud cases. Before joining Eanet, PC, Ms. Champion also spent a number of years as a trial lawyer with an aggressive boutique real estate firm, representing commercial developers, residential and commercial landowners, businesses, buyers and sellers, brokers and agents, and parties to complex commercial lease transactions.

Ms. Champion earned her J.D. from Santa Clara School of Law, where she graduated with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, Ms. Champion clerked for the Honorable William Monahan, Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, and excelled in honors moot court competitions, winning several awards for her excellence as an oral advocate. Ms. Champion is also a Stanford University alumna, where she graduated with a degree in Human Biology and was a nationally-ranked water polo player who competed in four NCAA Championships.
